  • Are you a HR Co-ordinator looking for a new challenge? We are continuing to experience an exciting period of company growth, so it’s a great time to join our friendly team where you will play a key role in supporting the HR function with the day to day administration of our workforce.

    This is a fixed term role for a 6 months duration and provides an fantastic opportunity to join a warm and friendly HR team offering exposure to a busy HR function with great opportunities to gain experience and develop your skills.  This role offers hybrid working arrangements  - with a mix of remote and office (Birchwood Park, Warrington).

    This is a varied role which will involve managing the full employee life cycle for a dedicated area of the business as well as providing administrative support for the HR Regional team.

    The key areas of the role include but are not limited to:

    • First point of escalation for queries in the Human Resources department via email and telephone
    • Dealing with employee queries in a professional and thorough manner
    • Supporting HR processes from an administrative perspective including investigations, disciplinaries, probation, AWOL & attendance management   
    • Providing HR support and note taking for internal meetings
    • Processing occupational health referrals and associated administration
    • Recruitment administration and support for line managers and candidates for senior roles
    • Ensuring pre employment checks are carried out in with Company process and legal obligations including eligibility to work in the UK and DBS checks
    • HR systems activity to support internal processes
    • HR reporting
    • HR Administrative support for an ER Advisor and HR Business Partner within area of responsibility
    • General administrative tasks
