As the Training Desk Manager, you will be accountable for the end to end service delivery of our Training offering. Efficient running of the Training Desk, ensuring that all customer and internal enquiries are handled in a timely manner, courses are booked through the bespoke training software, the booking and organization of our internal and associate Trainers and invoices are raised accurately and on time.
The role requires an effective people manager with the ability to set objectives and assess progress, but also to ensure that individuals are trained and developed fully to be able to carry out their roles. Taking responsibility for the health and safety within your team, you must make certain that the business is compliant with HSE legislation and offers a safe working environment for the team as a whole but also for individual employees within their roles.
Candidates for this position must have previous management experience with the ability to develop and motivate a team to achieve success. You must be able to interpret data and use a range of information to evaluate business performance. IT literate with a full UK driving licence, we are ideally looking for applicants with industry experience however this is not essential.
