TPA Portable Roadways are looking to hire a Health and Safety Coordinator in to our Worksop office. The role will be responsible for providing health and safety advice alongside managing the quality, environmental and safety management systems. In addition to this the successful applicant will be expected to conduct and manage site and external audits, whilst administering operational training through good and reliable systems and methods of working.

The right individual will have knowledge of HSE legislation and Environmental impact with experience of accident investigation and all associated reporting. Being detail conscious with an analytical approach will be needed as you be expected to report on the above on a monthly basis. Finally you’ll need to be an excellent communicator as well as being people focused as you’ll be dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

Academic qualifications:

• NEBOSH National General Certificate (Safety & Health) - preferred
• Train the Trainer - preferred
• Internal Quality & Environmental Auditing experience – preferred
• Current Valid Driving Licence – essential

Knowledge/background:

• Excellent communicator
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in carrying out risk assessments
• Ability to identify and access legislative publications
• Intermediate IT skills
