    Customer Accounts Specialist - Haydock - Monday to Friday - 08.00-16.30

    Purpose: To provide an excellent level of customer service while managing and maintaining customer invoice queries in accordance with company targets and deadlines

    Customer Focused

    • Ensuring all Speedy’s customers are dealt with in a professional and friendly
    • manner
    • Excellent understanding of the customer invoice process
    • Excellent communication skills are essential when dealing internally and externally

    Educating the customer on new services available e.g. Extranet

    Communication

    • To provide our internal and external customers with first class customer service
    • developing a strong working relationship
    • Escalation of unresolved queries where they may remain on the account preventing
    • payment to the Query Team Supervisor
    • To assist in any other duties as reasonably requested
    • Liaise with Legal department where necessary in order to assist with delinquent
    • accounts
    • Ad hoc project work where required
    • Mentoring new and existing team members

    Dispute Management

    • Customer queries are rectified quickly and with minimal damage to the business
    • Daily monitoring of outstanding disputes
    • Resolving the dispute when a credit has been raised

    Operational Excellence

    • Actively involved in determining continuous improvement in all areas of the SSC
    • Ownership of personal development (involving attending one to ones and various
    • forms training)
    • Active participant in the review and improvements of balance scorecards
    • Establish and maintain data quality
    • To assist in any other duties as reasonably requested

    Administration

    • Input of customer queries on to the Onguard system
    • Using Lightspeed to locate signed paperwork
    • Managing daily query responses and action appropriately
    • Resolution of invoice queries
    • Accurate calculation of credit notes
    • Raising credit notes and invoices on Axapta
    • Ensuring the correct credit authority limit has been received and follow up where
    • necessary
    • Managing email inbox effectively
