What you will be doing
As our Operations Manager you will manage the TPA road crews, ensuring that all operational elements of the services that we deliver are consistently of a high standard.
Daily management of our crews will mean you are close to the operations and able to be agile and adapt activities/plans to ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
You will oversee all recruitment and training activities ensuring we attract and retain a team committed to service excellence.
In addition, you will provide operational support and advice to the TPA Hire Desk for all customer enquiries and the preparation of job packs.
