What you will be doing

As our Operations Manager you will manage the TPA road crews, ensuring that all operational elements of the services that we deliver are consistently of a high standard.

Daily management of our crews will mean you are close to the operations and able to be agile and adapt activities/plans to ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

You will oversee all recruitment and training activities ensuring we attract and retain a team committed to service excellence.

In addition, you will provide operational support and advice to the TPA Hire Desk for all customer enquiries and the preparation of job packs.

Do you have what it takes

• All roadway sector experience essential
• Must have excellent product knowledge and product capabilities
• Knowledge of DVSA & WTD hours of working
• Full driving licence and minimum of 10 years C+E driving experience
• Flexible working hours (potential weekend work)
• Good working understanding of Microsoft programs
• Good working knowledge of Visio & Google Earth Pro
• Good telephone skills are essential
