What is a Product and Customer Support Engineering Graduate programme like?
Join us on the Product and Customer Support Graduate programme which has been designed for candidates who are passionate about the whole life cycle of engineering and who wish to build on their existing engineering knowledge. This 18 month programme will allow you to work in a range of technical roles, working closely with Product Engineering departments on current production models and New Product programs and with particular focus on defect prevention and resolution. You will work on projects that develop your technical proficiency of JCB products as well as experience of our business systems and infrastructure that supports our machines and our customers.

How do I qualify for a JCB Graduate scheme?
Candidates wishing to apply for the Product and Customer Support Engineering Graduate programme should have a real hand’s on approach and be as passionate about JCB as we are. Candidates wishing to apply must be on track to secure a 2:1 or above in an appropriate bachelors or masters course prior to the start date of this role.
You will have well-developed communication & listening skills, have the ability to analyse data, generate improvement plans and have a sound mechanical background and ideally some electrical and electronic awareness.
