We are looking to recruit an Internal Trainer with knowledge of the construction industry to work with our fantastic customer’s services team. You will be identifying training and development areas within the organisation and creating product training programs to suit.

As an Internal Trainer at Speedy, you will adapt training to different learning styles, monitoring and reporting the impact of your training to continuously add value to the business. You will have a track record of managing training schedules and hitting expected deadlines to drive our development.

What you’ll need:

• In depth knowledge of the Construction Industry
• Have extensive experience in the sector and have vast knowledge of the speedy product range
• Extensive experience in delivering training of multiples styles Inc. classroom, hands on etc.
• Sound understanding of all applicable health and safety regulations
• Established track record of managing training schedules and hitting expected deadlines
• Experience of successfully working independently with limited day to day support
• Microsoft Office skills necessary
• Travel will be necessary so a full UK driving license is required
