We now have an exciting role for a Customer Sites Co-ordinator.
In the role of Customer Sites Co-ordinator your key responsibilities will include:
Ensure delivery of consistent services to meet the Service Levels and fulfil obligations in the Agreement
Communications internally and to the client
Legislative and client Policy compliance
Act as a point of contact for client Damage and Loss
Management of Damage and Loss information and Database
Customer relationship management
Provide accurate and timely reporting
