Overview of the role:

This rewarding position is ideally suited to someone who wishes to develop a career within the JCB Agriculture sales and marketing department. The position will focus on supporting the Fastrac range, and will play an integral part in developing our export agricultural business, to ensure we deliver continued growth.

Your Responsibilities as a Fastrac Sales Engineer will be:

• Demonstration of Fastrac to end users in all applications.
• Technical product sales support for the agricultural range to our dealers
• The development and delivery of training material.
• Working closely with key implement manufacturers to maximise exposure.
• Compilation of customer feedback to assist sales, marketing and engineering teams.
• Undertaking competitive product evaluations.
• Assistance with shows, exhibitions and dealer events both in UK and abroad

About you:

This is a  field based position and extensive travel is a requirement, the successful candidate will be expected to act as a customer facing company ambassador at all times.  Language skills are an advantage

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, practical, confident individual who is qualified to degree level or equivalent and who is passionate about the agricultural industry.  The individual must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels. They must also be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, and show that they are comfortable operating machines with a good working knowledge of tractor technology i.e. GPS, ISOBUS etc.
