  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Accounts Payable Administrator to join our busy Shared Service Centre.

    Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor you will be responsible for preparing and inputting business invoices in an accurate and efficient manner as appropriate. In addition to this you’ll ensure that incoming post (including email) is opened on receipt and that all invoices are scanned with the results validated in a timely manner.

    In addition you will be responsible for processing expenses, credit card and petty cash returns accurately and in a timely manner as well as providing support to all areas of the Accounts Payable team as directed if necessary. All this activity will assist us to be able to offer the best service possible.

    Finally being an integral and valued team member you will build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers, suppliers and other Accounts Payable team members alike. This will be championed by demonstrating a flexible, proactive and professional attitude to all areas of your work, supporting both team and individual initiatives in a positive manner.

    As this is a trainee role full training will be provided and as such no direct accounts experience is required. What will be required is a want to learn and develop with a real hunger for delivering the best service possible. Any office, accounts, customer service or administration experience will be advantageous.
