    As a Customer Relationship Team Leader you will be guiding a team who are focusing on building and maintaining relationships with our clients. You are expected to influence behaviours and culture within the department ensuring professionalism at all times, promote the Speedy values and ensure team work at all times.

    What you’ll need:

    • Leadership skills; provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
    • Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work
    • Oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance
    • Excellent customer service background with experience in building and maintaining key relationships
    • The ability to encourage the team to meet targets and KPIs
    • To be a point of escalation, the ability to multi task will be beneficial
