  • To assist the Service Centre Manager to manage all areas and aspects of a busy Service Centre in driving the business forward to ensure targets and the highest possible standards of customer satisfaction are achieved. You will be responsible for:-

    • Managing and coaching the customer service team, ensuring adherence to the sales process
    • Providing outstanding customer service
    • Liaise with Sales Manager Ireland and Contract Engineers
    • Understand and engage with the commercial aspect of contracts, including price negotiation and agreement of terms and conditions between Sunbelt Rentals and customer.
    • Ensure correct and consistent use of the CRM system.
    • Ensure stock processes are followed.
    • Adhere to and enforce the Company’s strict Health and Safety related Policies.
    • Support the Depot Manager with planning of Resource Application / Management of diary, and to include transition to LOGISTIC as per company roll out.
    • To process weekly wages for all drivers / mates / yard staff.
    • Allocation and management of all staff holidays.
    • Use a flexible approach to meet the business needs and requirements.
    • Responsible for the procurement process, ensuring compliance to Company policies, systems and procedures.
    • Liaise with suppliers, benchmark and monitor performance.
    • Assist other managers with recruitment and be able to use the in-house recruitment system
