    Overview of the role:

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st Line Service Desk Technician to join our busy service desk team in Group IT. The successful applicant will have no problem delivering world class customer support to our internal user base, as well as supporting our teams globally.

    No two days will be the same with this role and you will be involved in a multitude of projects and support requirements.

    Your Responsibilities as a 1st Line Service Desk Technician

    Training and guidance will be provided but at least 1+ years’ experience of IT support would be beneficial, as would the following skills:

    • Windows Account Administration, password resets, new accounts, modifications and updating group memberships
    • Updating of various internal systems to ensure the data is up to date
    • Answering customer queries and being the first point of call for telephone queries
    • Ticket Management, logging of tickets, assigning to correct teams and allocating calls to technicians
    • Mobile device enrolments using the Microsoft Intune platform
    • Equipment ordering
    • Working within a busy team and using own initiative

    Must have a valid UK Driving License and own transport
