    Due to continuous growth we are recruiting for a part time New accounts administrator with excellent organisational skills to join our depot team within our Head Office.

    To provide an excellent level of customer service whilst maintaining customer and supplier data in accordance with company targets and deadlines.

    • Accurate data entry of all new supplier and staff accounts within Service Level agreements in line with company policies
    • Updating any amendments to static customer/supplier data including change of name, address and bank details whist following authorisation policies
    • Management of team mailboxes and responding to general enquiries
    • Communication with all required departments of the business (Accounts payable, Supply chain, Legal, Credit Analysis, Sales, depots) to ensure all data requirements are captured and delivered
    • Provide support to Business Strategic projects as required by the New account vetting Manager
    • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to ensuring controls are effective
    • Ensuring all Speedy’s customers are dealt with in a professional and friendly manner 
    • Providing excellent customer service and professional relationships
    • Supporting and communicating effectively with depots and sales teams
    • Assist internal departments and customers with the new account process

    Technical Skills

    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel
    • Microsoft Dynamics
