Customer Service Assistant based in our Livingston branch.
Our Customer Service Assistants are the first people our customers see in the branch. You will serve customers in the branch, process customer orders over the phone, help out in the branch and on occasion help with deliveries and collections. You will be passionate about providing a professional, 5 star service to our customers.
No experience is needed, however strong communication skills, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for the role. A full driving license is also essential for the role.
