About your role
As Plant Quality Manager you will have a proven track record of delivering improvements in a high paced, complex manufacturing or assembly operation as well as demonstrable experience in managing, coaching and leading a team of experienced engineers and technicians. Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, you will be the champion for quality and an integral part of the operational leadership team and will form close working relationships across departments.

We’ll be looking for you to demonstrate your Sense of Urgency and customer focus in everything you do. As a business we recognise competence and encourage development, so whilst we will be looking for someone who is qualified to HNC or Degree level in an engineering or manufacturing discipline we will support your personal development in line with our own business needs.
