  • BWD is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Mayfair, London

    An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bamford Watch Department to assist in the day to day running of the office.  The company specialises in personalisation of luxury watches and marketing their own range of Bamford London watches and accessories.   

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Ensure BWD has all relevant paperwork for shipments
    • Prepare and receive post
    • Prepare and receive deliveries
    • Provide support with financial paperwork and filing
    • Assist in processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
    • Assist with stock take and maintain a record
    • Maintain logs for deliveries and shipments
    • Monitor and request items required within the office
    • Assist with transferring/movement of component parts between all departments
    • Answer phones and door bell making sure all security procedures and confidentiality requirements are followed
    • Answer queries and pass on messages promptly
    • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
    • Other ad hoc duties 


    About you:


    -       Strong time management and organisational skills

    -       Clear understanding of confidentiality

    -       Accuracy and attention to detail

    -       Proficient with the use of Apple Mac and Microsoft office, specifically excel

    -       Excellent level of English (written and verbal)
