About your role:
The continued growth and success of JCB machine sales has resulted in a record demand for remanufactured components for the range. To drive this strategic initiative we need an experienced leader to research, design, develop and deploy a brand new remanufactured product strategy for the global JCB market.
Your first job will be to analyse the markets and define the customer requirements to set a roadmap that accelerates the growth of remanufactured components to secure customer loyalty and machine uptime.
You will have end to end responsibility for the remanufacturing process from improving and managing the supply of core returns to being the technical and commercial lead for the full range of remanufactured components. With a significant variety of machines in the market our remanufactured range will need to be diverse and includes engines, fuel injection, transmissions, hydraulic systems and other core systems and components.
You will work closely with our Regional Teams to develop market-specific offerings, lead cross-functional teams and lead the team to deliver growth and profit objectives on a global scale. This is one of the biggest aftersales opportunities we have today, can you be our leader?
You’ll be analytical in your approach to identify the right market opportunities to explore and have a depth of experience in developing and delivering remanufactured component strategies.
We’re looking for someone with high levels of interpersonal confidence and self-awareness to lead multi-discipline teams and gain buy-in from stakeholders for your strategy, including: JCB Business Units, our supply chain partners, dealers and customers.
Your track record will demonstrate experience in remanufacturing, leading change and developing product strategies that drive sales growth, customer loyalty and profit in global markets. You are driven by achieving challenging goals and in working in cross departmental teams.
This is a role that demands a true company ambassador with strong financial and commercial acumen, including the ability to construct, analyse and present business cases.
