  • We are currently looking for an administrator to join the team. Primarily working in the accounts office, you will be tasked with supporting the accounts team by providing an effective and efficient office administration service that complies with company policies.

    The role will be providing administrative support to the business by undertaking a wide range of activities involving the maintenance of key business systems and processes. You will be responsible for -

    • Calculations of wages time sheets
    • Matching Timesheets to tracker
    • Leave and sickness records
    • Monthly submission of wages to head off Payroll
    • Raising additional works quotes
    • Collating engineers expenses
    • Raising customer invoices
    • Reconciliations of account
    • Dealing with customer queries
    • Raising additional works quotes
    • Chasing payments
    • General adhoc office duties
