Our Flagship branch in Lincoln is looking for two future Branch Managers, you would join our business as an Assistant Branch Manager with an already successful team of 22, a growing Tool Hire department and 6 delivery vehicles.
As Assistant Branch Manager and supporting the Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in our continued success. You'll also support the delivery of our Doing What Matters strategy for both colleagues and customers at a local level through amazing operational effectiveness and, together, you will lead the team making sure we are working better for our customers, providing a first class service and keeping colleagues and customers safe at all times.

Previous experience within a builders’ merchant is advantageous, but not essential. It doesn't matter what sector you come from, we just need transferable skills such as, inspirational leadership, operational management, sales experience and great customer service.
