On a day-day basis you’ll work on the hire desk in our Sunbelt Rentals Hoists, building great working relationships and product knowledge which you will use to translate your customers’ requirements into the specialist hoist rental products and services that meet their needs. You’ll be an ambassador for our “Customer First” culture, resolving any issues quickly and keeping your customers informed, so that they feel truly valued.
It will also be your role to manage the maintenance engineers and allocations tasks on breakdowns and any site visits
- Arrange for engineers to attend breakdowns, find fault and repair.
- Manage Weekly maintenance visits to site.
- Manage engineers conducting Thorough Examinations
- Reporting and record keeping of all breakdown or site attendances by maintenance engineers
