ESS is looking to grow our Radio Communications Division with the appointment of a new Business Development Manager operating in the North of England and Scotland.
As the successful candidate, you will support the division by growing revenue driven through both equipment hire and sales. You will also help grow our Radio Communication customer base by proactively building relationship with potential clients.
You will need to be able to identify industry trends and analyse commercial insight to support ESS’s direction and offering of Radio Communication products in the UK market working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires effective collaboration with a range of colleagues from around the business including our Radio Communications team, Regional Sales Directors, Strategic Account Managers and the Marketing department to be able to effectively carry out the role and deliver new revenue for the division.
We are interested in candidates that can demonstrate a flair for selling and building relationships but also have a track record for consistently delivering results.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent persuasion skills and examples where you have identified and delivered new sales opportunities.
