In this new role you will manage all day to day transactions to ensure optimum performance
Your job responsibilities will include;
- Ensure that all transactions and documentation are recorded accurately and in line with both Sunbelt’s and Customer policies & procedures.
- Partner with rehire partners in order to identify and implement service and system efficiencies / improvements.
- Work in conjunction with the whole Site Infrastructure Team to improve revenue growth and maximise Sunbelt’s share of the business.
- Ensure all transactions issues are managed in line with operational procedures and SLA.
- Ensure that all non-conformance issues are logged and managed in accordance with Company Policy and SLA agreements, escalating to ODs / BDD where appropriate.
- Effectively manage the Sunbelt systems procedures to ensure a smooth transition of the hire process.
