Telesales and Marketing executive – (office based) – Caldicot, South Wales
Salary £22,000 - £24,000 (DOE) + benefits

We are currently looking to recruit a self-motivated, business development executive who will make a dynamic contribution to our ongoing success. This position will be based in our Caldicot Office, South Wales working within a small, friendly operational team. This position will be to focus on promoting our business to new clients and becoming the sales contact for accounts that do not require attended management.
The role in brief:
--Using our in-house database of prospective customers, you will be making calls to introduce AJ Access.
--Create and manage campaigns of our products through social media platforms
--Manage the revolving stock content on our website, liaising with our central marketing team. .
--Research of new market sectors to gain introductions and work with the external sales team to develop new business opportunities.
--Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
--Producing marketing ideas and content to assist mailshot for machine promotion campaigns.
-- Work with our partner manufacturers to promote new product sales through our dealership arrangement.
--Working hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate:
--You will have enjoyed success in a previous outbound B2B telesales role.
--You will preferably have experience within marketing and social media.
--You will be high driven and motivated by selling and picking up the phone to new business opportunities.
--Experience in the use of Customer Relations Management software would be advantageous.
--Experience of the construction/ plant hire industry would be advantageous
--You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
--As this is a customer focussed role, excellent communication skills and a friendly approach are a must.
--Time management and using your initiative to prioritise tasks will be an imperative aspect of the role.
--Able to manage and keep updated the webpage sales stock and pricing.
