    We have exciting times ahead in the world of recruitment at Vp plc and are now expanding our Talent Acquisition team in Harrogate. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a breadth of expertise and a passion for engaging with people and building employer brand awareness across the many mediums and sectors of our businesses.

    What we are looking for …..

    • Experience of internal recruitment to include candidate talent acquisition essential
    • Ability to handle high volume, high pressure end to end recruitment
    • Data and delivery oriented with experience of analysing and reporting on performance
    • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
    • Strong experience of designing and implementing innovative candidate talent attraction processes
    • Proven track record of sourcing the best talent utilising internal ATS system, job boards and networking with advanced experience in social media resourcing.
    • Strong understanding of technology with experience using talent acquisition/applicant tracking systems
