We now have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Award winning company on our industrial hire & sales team based in Castle Donington. As a Customer Service Executive you have the opportunity to join an established customer centric team that due to its continued success is now part of a growth strategy sponsored by our executive board.
If successful you will share our vision “ To grow revenue by providing unrivalled customer experience” and you will work hard to become a trusted advisor to our customers taking care of their every need and supporting their success.
You will be challenged every day to liaise with all areas of our business to meet customer demands, this will include hire orders, consumable sales orders, quotations, disputes and query resolution.
