We are looking for a Branch Administrator for Hirebase in Derby/Nottingham.
We're looking for a Branch Administrator to support our Hire Branches in Derby and Nottingham. You will support the admin for both branches, but can be based in either branch, we're happy to talk in the interview stage about what works best.

The role of an Administrator
To take responsibility of all branch admin, ensuring dealines are met and being able to prioritise the workload. You will be looking after the IMS, invoices, queries, speaking with our re-hire supplier, and other general administration duties. No previous experience within the Hire Industry is needed, but it would be good for the candidate to have an understanding of the Hire Industry, and specifically Hirebase, along with being computer literate, training will be provided on the bespoke systems.
The role will require someone who is happy not to be sat behind a desk all day but can get stuck-in, answering calls, taking enquiries and speaking to customers as and when needed.
