    Responsibilities include:

    •    Keeping up-to-date with current training accreditation guidelines and operational procedures 
    •    Liaising with Trainers and supporting their needs 
    •    Liaising with Training Centres, Hotels and Onsite Training Locations in support of the trainers 
    •    Point of contact for Accreditations and EVs/EQAs
    •    Attend Audits and other accreditation activity where necessary
    •    Investigating, logging and reporting of complaints received
    •    Managing the ordering and distribution of workwear
    •    Booking accommodation and transport for Trainers
    •    Support in the management of expenses; adhering to the policy
    •    High level administrative, organisational and customer service experience required 
    •    Tenacious and assertive with structured and clear communication to colleagues, external 
    •    contacts and accreditations
    •    Strive for constant improvement with a proactive approach
    •    The ability to operate well alone and within a team environment
    •    Dependable and reliable member of the team

    •    An enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •    MS Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
    •    Well organised and ability to work to deadlines
    •    Strong attention to detail
    •    Ability to work effectively under pressure
