    An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the South West and South Wales region, to direct, manage and lead the region's sales team ensuring sales growth is within the required customer base and at profitable rates. You will develop sales in new business sectors, lead bids for major accounts and maintain a select number of key accounts.

    Academic qualifications:


    • Education to degree level desirable, however, directly relevant experience at a senior sales level would be acceptable, without a formal qualification to this level.


    Knowledge/background:


    • Recent track record of winning major accounts from identification of opportunity, through to bid process, to negotiation and delivery of service
    • Highly motivated with strong commercial skills
    • Understanding of P&L
    • Proof of ability to lead and manage a sales team remotely
    • Evidence of continuous revenue growth. E.g. Accounts that have been developed and how this was achieved
    • Previous experience of managing a team of remote workers would be beneficial
    • Intermediate level skills in the full range of Microsoft Office programmes
    • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
