Technical Sales Representative - National Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Sales Representative based from our Bishops Stortford depot. You will cover the whole of the UK, selling the products and services available from our construction hoist division, Rapid Hoists, which is based on rack and pinion goods/personnel hoists currently ranging from 200kg to 2 tonne (Whilst also promoting the products/services of the whole AFI Group).
The role and ideal candidate:
--If you have a track record of sales success in a construction related business-to-business service environment, or feel you have the attitude and enthusiasm to try your hand at sales, we want to hear from you.
--Knowledge and experience within the construction hoist or an allied industry (eg scaffolding) would be advantageous, but is not essential.
--Your responsibilities will include providing high quality commercial support to our wide range of customers, developing existing accounts and helping to identify, develop and bring in new business.
--This is a challenging position which will require you to have a mature and outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
--You must be able to demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to your work.
--You should be well-organised, used to prioritising tasks and be able to work well under pressure.
--Comprehensive training will be given.
