A great job opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Adviser (Hire Controller) to join our busy team located in our client’s offices in Thurnscoe. The successful applicant will be working on one of our biggest and most important customer accounts and will be tasked with building strong internal and external relationships with a view to maximising business development opportunities.
This role is joining an established and unique multi-skilled team that operate across 7 specialist divisions of Vp Plc to ensure our customers’ expectations are fulfilled.
High levels of customer service are essential, an excellent phone manner and the confidence to manage customer enquiries for hire and sale transactions.

To succeed in this role, you must be well organised and methodical with a high level of accuracy, with ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
The group currently comprises 6 business divisions: Groundforce & TPA Roadways; UK Forks; Airpac Bukom Oilfield Services; Hire Station, Torrent Trackside and TR Group. The head office is located at Central House in Harrogate.
