In the new role of Head of Communications and Engagement you\'ll be responsible for developing and delivering an internal and external communications strategy that supports the business strategy and change agenda. You\'ll take the lead on company-wide and international change and digital transformation projects, leading the communication workstreams as we continue to transform and grow the business for the future.

A highly skilled relationship-builder, you\'ll manage a small team, external partners and specialist agencies to deliver employee and stakeholder communications plans whilst also nurturing strong internal relationships across Marketing, HR, Business Units and our depot network to ensure a comprehensive and joined-up approach to delivering communications services. With a strong commitment to people development, you\'ll use your leadership skills to coach and increase capability in others, actively promote the sharing of knowledge and innovative best practice and the adoption of up to date and digital practices.
